Life is so busy I have have to schedule Rest/recover time

Hello Beautiful People,

Life is about to get a little hectic...for the next 3 weeks at least until Girls on the Run ends. I will be working at the church preschool in the mornings for the next couple of months. I have been in a little panic because I need to move some clients around. I have made it work out, but I will have clients before I even start my day there and then I have clients, coaching, and babysitting in the afternoon. And I have clients during some evenings.

A) Trying to figure out when I will have time to workout for myself
B) Really need to be on the ball with my meals
C) I NEED to get to bed early

The good news is that I thrive when my schedule is tight.

I have goals for April and I intend to hit them: 100 miles of running/walking, 50 miles of biking, and 8 hours of Weights.  I just have to be diligent about getting it done. Right now I have  11/100 miles of running/walking and 5/100 miles of bike.

Right now I am battling a super sore foot. So I am actually a little nervous that I may not be able to stand by tomorrow afternoon. I have a 2 hour window in the middle of the day and I will need to come home and rest it.

Last year I sold my fitbit to Ms. Amy, who called me out yesterday for not having a blog post in 2 weeks and then admitted that she is cheating on me and reading other people's blogs :-O. I asked if she is using it and she said no, so I asked if I could buy it back. I may not be able to get in the miles that I really want, but I can make sure to get my steps in. I had been tracking with my phone, but I can't carry it with me all of the time. I would like to start a step challenge so if you have a fitbit and want to join let me know: jhendersonfit@gmail.com

Tomorrow is a long day, so I need to get some sleep.

Have a Blessed Evening
